Billing questions
What counts as a report?
A report is one question, explored across the sources it lives on and returned in full. Each report includes up to 12 pieces of content built from it. Regenerating a piece counts toward that 12.
What happens when I run out of reports?
Your allowance resets each billing period. If you need more in a busy month, the Report Pack adds 4 reports for a one-time $19, and packs never expire. Pack reports are used only after your monthly allowance runs out.
Do you offer annual billing?
Plans are monthly for now. You can cancel anytime from your account, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
How does the free plan work?
You start with 3 full reports when you sign up, every feature included, no card and no expiry date. Every report is always the full product: quotes, source links, the claim scorecard and content generation. When your welcome reports are done, a Report Pack or a plan adds more.
Which currencies can I pay in?
Checkout shows your local currency automatically. Payments and invoicing are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record, so taxes are calculated and shown before you pay.
